Final narrative
An employee was installing gutters on a three-story house using an extension ladder. The ladder rolled over, causing the employee to fall approximately 8-10 feet to the lower roof. Then, they rolled off that roof and fell another 8-10 feet to the ground below. The employee suffered fractures to their elbow and ankle.
