An employee was cleaning around production equipment. He climbed a ladder to blow off the steel log deck with a gas-powered blower. A log was transferred into the building, struck the ladder, and knocked him off. He landed on the floor about 8 feet below and suffered a cut above the left eye, bruising on left side and hip, and bleeding from the spleen.
