An employee was assisting with repairing a screw conveyor in the third-floor bin room. The employee was manually rotating the belt on the conveyor when the forward/reverse switch was actuated. The employee's fingers were pulled under the belt and pulley, resulting in crush injuries to fingers on both hands.
