An employee was transporting a stainless steel cart of fish down a slope from a packing room to a production area. They pushed the cart backward while approaching the rollup door when they slipped on the wet floor and their right hand got caught between the cart and a stationary post, resulting in a crush injury to the ring finger and an amputation of the fingertip.
