An employee was standing in the warehouse (bale floor) cleaning loose/dirty material from a bale of material. He was struck from behind by a pallet of material (plastic containers) being moved by a forklift, and was caught against the bale of material he was working on. The employee was hospitalized with a fractured and lacerated left leg.
