Training in CasePick operating TWO9 attempting to stage a pallet

As she was driving into the staging location she attempted to maneuver her pallet in between a support pole for the mezzanine and the pallet that was staged in the secondary location for [REDACTED]. She was traveling forward and over accelerated this caused her to lose control of the walkie rider. As she lost control of the MHE she also lost her balance resulting in her left foot coming off the operator platform and getting pinned between the MHE and the staged pallet.
