What happened
While an associate was selecting items on [REDACTED] [REDACTED] a lift operator was simultaneously pulling pallets from the high tier on [REDACTED] 45. During this process the lift operator made contact with a pallet on [REDACTED] [REDACTED] causing some product on the pallet to fall. The falling product struck the associate on the left side of their neck and left shoulder. The associate immediately notified a supervisor to report the incident.
