What happened
Operator started to bend over while keeping left hand engaged gripped onto the column and causing them to experience pain in their left bicep when they bent over.

Left bicep tendon tear
Object or substance involved
Holding onto the column and force and stress applied to the contracted muscles and tendons. Reaching for the pallet with right arm applied force to the left bicep tendon. This provided strain to the tendon causing a small tare.
Summary line
Left bicep tendon tear while muscle was contracted sudden force as person was holding onto support column while bending over to pick up a pallet by hand (did not actually pick up pallet). Injured person had surgery to repair tendon.
