Picked up part from the ground with presumed dust and debris from contact on the roller line without gloves.
What happened
Picked up a small part from the ground with presumed dust and debris present on it from the general contact on the assembly line rollers. Employee washed wiped their hands with a GoJo wipe. They returned to their desk after stopping in the restroom and washing their hands as well. Their eye itched a they swiped the lower lid of their eye and felt a burn. They went to the restroom and flushed their eye and self treated with drops. They were referred to a specialist and were prescribed antibiotics to resolve their itching.

Unknown. Poison control stated Gojo wipes would not cause harm. Ophthalmology states it was allergies. Onsite medical states chemical from Gojo wipes caused itching. Chemical irritant caused need for antibiotic.
