Employee was stenciling bands on pipe

EE was stenciling grade bands when he was called by another coworker to discuss a pipe that was not marked properly. The affected EE went over to the exit rack and while giving his back to the material an oncoming pipe rolled down the rack striking the EE on the back of the head causing him to hit the pipe in front as well.
