What happened
Warehouse employee and their supervisor were in the process of straightening a pallet that fell over on the top rack in the Whey Warehouse. Employee and supervisor were both holding the green straps on top of the pallet when the pallet shifted causing the employees left side of their chest area to hit the cross bar on the scissor lift they were using.
