Installing standing seam roof panels.

Employee dropped a small metal roof panel on to installed metal roof panels. Employee stepped on the loose panel and slipped. Employees personal fall arrest system stopped the fall. During the slip employee 's impact driver came out of his tool bags. The impact driver was connected to the employee 's belt with a tool lanyard. The tool lanyard pulled the swinging impact driver into his right foot. The number two Phillips bit in the impact driver punctured his foot. Employee received two sutures each to the entry and exit wound.
