Associate came to supervisor after lunch at [REDACTED] saying at [REDACTED] right before lunch he was picking up a 92lb box on a meat pick and felt a pop in his back. He went to lunch and his left ankle started going numb. Pain spread up his leg. The nurse line was called and suggested the associate go to the emergency room. He left around [REDACTED] to go the hospital. The associate was taken out of work for 1 day.
