EE reports they were performing a tool change in ISL on 30b. EE state he was using his right finger to hold the release button and his left hand to hold the tool. As he removed his finger from the release button the tool started to move and he caught it before it fell. In doing so he felt pain in his left upper neck and left shoulder blade.
