Before the incident

Training for pilot egress.

What happened

While training stepped off ladder onto wing of plane. When placing full weight on left leg the aircraft settled and dropped about 4 inches. In full PPE adding about 70 lbs of additional weight. Felt sharp pain in knee causing to lose balance.
