Before the incident
Move a very heavy recycling roll cart
What happened
Attempting to move a very heay (400-500lbs) recycling roll cart full of books: when I tried to get somce Leverage to tilt the cart back some to roll it it tipped bakwards knocking me on my butt and initially pushing the handle into my abdomen. Once on the ground the car shifted and the handle was now pinning my legs under it. I contorted my back and shoulders trying to get it off me.
