What happened
Employee along with a private caregiver was helping the resident in the residents bathroom. The employee was kneeled down trying to put residents pull - ups pants socks and shoes while the private caregiver was holding on to residents arm. During the process of putting resident shoes pants the resident loose his left hand from the grip of his private caregiver and punched the employee on the right side of his head.
