The employee was assisting with trying to level scaffolding.

Two employees were standing on either side of scaffolding while the injured was at the narrow end holding the unit in place while the others tried to level it. Instead of the legs extending the side panels came away from the center portion and the platform fell straight down hitting the injured on her right hand.

Sides panels of scaffolding falling straight down hitting the insured 's right hand. She suffered fractured and chipped bones to her right hand and finger.
