What happened
removing a piece from the fixture took it out of the fixture with his hands and put it on edge to later hook it with the crane and be able to lift it when trying to put the chain on it to hook it to the crane the piece fell and did not have time to take out his hand. His hand was trapped between the fixture and the part he was removing. Part was falling put hand out to protect face
