What happened
Pt ambulating with [REDACTED] in hallway. Pt began to meander with rollator. [REDACTED] cued pt to stop walking to regain control. Pt instead sped up [REDACTED] again requested that PT stop walking however pt continues to not follow cuing with increased impulsivity. [REDACTED] called to nursing for assistance. However pt then lost strength balance to the left. [REDACTED] positioned L side body under pt protecting head and body from impact.
