What happened
Worker was walking south between 2 corn dryers carrying a 2 step ladder with their left hand and a rake like tool in their right hand with the head part trailing behind. The worker passed by two adjacent two-wheel dollies with air hose reels on them and the rake caught on the dolly. The snagging motion caused the workers right leg to swing forward and impact the hose reel on the dolly. The worker fell back in a sitting position.
