What happened
There were AC units on the 2nd floor on 2 [REDACTED]. One of the units had water leakage. One of the Maintenace men were taking it down. There was one in front of the nurse 's station and that 's the one that had the water leakage. He was taking it down he asked me for a towel so he can clean up the wter. I gave him a towel . to clean it up. Then I went to go help one of the nurses to move a patient . I was grabbing the patient belongings walked out of the room and them I slipped right in front of the nurse 's station where the water leakage was. I thought the maintenance man cleaned it all up. I fell right when he told me there was still water. I did not see the caution wet sign.
