Before the incident
Employee was attempting to get a client out of a locked restroom. Client was not listening and employee needed to get the client out and removed from the facility.

The employee attempted to prevent the client from closing the bathroom door by placing employee 's foot between the door and the door frame. The client then repeatedly slammed the door in the employee 's foot causing the injury.
