What happened
Patient in [REDACTED] was hurting and needed to be repositioned every several minutes. I attempted to page overhead for help but no one was able to come to assist. I adjusted patient myself by moving his pillows out and rolled him to his side. I felt a little bit of pain but didn 't think anything about it. I have a prior back injury.
