What happened
employee and another employee simultaneously attempted to push their laundry carts through a narrow gate in the pool lobby a gate only wide enough for one cart to pass through at a time. Rather than communicate they both attempted to force their way through. Eventually after a few seconds the employee decided to move backward but when doing so backed one of the cart wheels (on her cart) over her toes on her left foot.
