Before the incident
this occurred during times of hybrid work we were notified after [REDACTED] went to the doctor. She asked about worker 's comp after her initial visit we got her resources to begin the process. We are not sure of the specifics of when this precisely started or if it ended she is in ongoing physical therapy and has made ergonomic changes to her workspace on their advice.
What happened
Employee noticed pain radiating from her elbow and shooting down her arm making computer work and WFH difficult. She notified safety of her discomfort and visited a doctor for evaluation. Her doctor gave her some recommendations and work limitations and set some follow ups.
