Moving Pallets Pallet [REDACTED]

While EE was pushing a pallet of product up a long gradually inclining street the pallet jack unexpectedly stopped. With the pallet jack stopping randomly the EE had their momentum continuing to carry them forward causing pain in the L shoulder and lower back. When the pallet jack randomly stopped the pallet 's momentum caused it to shift forward then push backwards and tip over and fall. According to driver the pallet was about 6 7 ' tall. The EE was pushing the pallet rather than pulling the jack because of the slight incline on the street. Before departure the driver noted their was issues with their pallet jack before leaving. Since there was an issue with their usual pallet jack the driver took the spare pallet jack #74404 which was very bumpy according to driver and seemed to have fault.
