The employee was on top of the fermentation smokehouse trying to lower the motor and transport it to the pallet of a forklift
What happened
The employee was on top of the fermentation smokehouse trying to lower the motor and transport it to the pallet of a forklift to do this a beam was temporarily installed and a hoist was attached to it from the engine initial location to the forklift pallet. When the engine was unloaded onto the pallet the beam bent causing the hoist hit the employee in the right upper arm and the beam cut him superficially
