Delivering a Keg with a Hand Truck
What happened
EE was wheeling a keg into an account and had to go over a gate railing. While he was pushing the hand truck over the weight of the keg shifted back. Causing the handle of the hand truck to make contact with his right upper cheek bone area. The contact caused a laceration which he was able to stop the bleeding but the wound was deep and Safety Manager sent him to the clinic.
