EE forgot his paperwork in his truck when he to to [REDACTED] yard and went to retrieve it from the passenger side. As he was descending he initially was using 3 points of contact but he assumed on the last step down he would be secure and let go of the railing. He had misjudged the last step causing him to fall to his right side and when he returned to the [REDACTED] yard he requested to go to the clinic.
