[REDACTED] our frozen dough arrived to [REDACTED]. I sent an email to warehouse instructing him to notify me so that we can put the tag team to put away the cases of frozen dough into the freezer. By [REDACTED] [REDACTED] and I went to search for our pizza dough because we have not heard back from [REDACTED]. We found the 20 cases of dough sitting on the rack in [REDACTED]. Some of the top cases had started to thaw. The dough must be kept frozen or they will all thaw under refrigerated temperature. Had to move the cases
