What happened
The employee was instructed by his supervisor to remove the airline and control line from the weight dolly and disconnect it from the mobile crane. The employee first disconnected the dolly 's control line which allowed the dolly to start moving towards the employee. The employee attempted to duck out of the way of the dolly and was stuck with the corner of the dolly.
