What happened
Employe was in a patient room when the private aide asked her to change the patient dressing she told the aide that the nurse will have to be the one to do so. She then stepped out the room to do so. Shortly after the private aide walked into another patient room where the C.N.A was doing patient care and asked her what is taking her so long. The private aide started yelling at her and the C.N.A stated that the aide hit her on her left side of her shoulder
