What happened

The injured employee was stacking pieces of laminate board on a rolling cart to be moved. The materials were not stacked in a balanced manner and the cart and laminate board tipped over. The pieces of laminate board hit the injured employee 's right leg in the thigh and knee area. He received a minor laceration on his right thigh and hurt his right knee.
