What happened
On [REDACTED] a Gate Removal operator was ending their shift when they walked from the plant back door to the cleaning locker shed to put away their gear. While transiting to the shed EE slipped on the icy ground and felt a strain to right knee. EE reported incident via [REDACTED] when they clocked out and was seen by WorkRight the next day where they suggested EE seek further evaluation. EE contacted WorkCare who helped set up a clinic appt. No PPE issues noted.
