What happened
On [REDACTED] a 6-year Straightener was handling a 13248 fixture cart in the staging area when they got their left ankle pinned in-between the cart and an adjacent pallet causing injury. EE reported incident to Supervisor and was taken to the Triage room for aid. Onsite Workright team assess individual and advised to seek medical attention for further assessment. EE was seen at local hospital and received treatment beyond first aid.
