What happened
On [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] an FPI operator was prepping a part on the FPI wash area to enter the dryer. The operator was turning over a part when the part fell off the back side of the FPI line falling 4ft to the ground. EE went to attempt to retrieve the part by going to the back side of the line and due to the minimal accessibility to the part used a stop ladder to reach over the line to grab a hook to assist in the retrieval approximately 4ft and lost balance. EE grabbed the railing that was holding the hook to prevent falling and felt significant pain in right shoulder. EE reported injury to supervisor and was taken via AMR to hospital for treatment and was given treatment beyond first aid.
