Was trying to open a stuck valve injured R anterior shoulder. Happened around [REDACTED] shift started at [REDACTED] and worked until [REDACTED]. Felt sore but was able to work with some modifications - had helper do some tasks he felt he was having trouble with. No previous injury to R shoulder. No n t down arm or into hand. Patient is L hand dominant. Feels weak. Painful over proximal biceps tendon.
