Before the incident
Employee checking on the machine because it was in fault mode. Tried to get the transfer shuttle back into correct position.
What happened
Employee opened the rear compartment to inspect it pulled the transfer shuttle it released the transfer basket which fell into place while employee 's hand was still on the side of transfer shuttle. It cut her index middle and ring fingers when the basket hit them.
