Performing normal job tasks as a maintenance tech - team leader.

Associate states he was at QW [REDACTED] changing the weld tip on robot #6. While he was using his company provided tool welpers to remove the weld nozzle the welpers slipped and he struck his (R) right hand against the cab mount of the frame. This caused a laceration to his (R) right hand - trigger finger (top portion of finger).
