What happened

Resident was in the hallway angry and yelling. Employee went into the hallway to see what was going on and try to calm down the angry resident. Resident went into another residents room and bathroom employee followed at which time the resident began to fall and while trying to prevent the fall the resident grabbed employees left wrist twisting and pulling on it.
