Another employee was testing the water filters and was showing [REDACTED] how to turn on the pumps. [REDACTED] stated that he rested both of his arms on the top of the blue cap of the filters and he felt that his hands got wet he dried his hands with his jeans and when he walked to Line 3 he looked at his hands and saw white on his right index finger and white specks on his left hand pinky and palm.
