Before the incident
[REDACTED] was moving a panel from the spray booth to the drying rack with another associate. After picking up the panel [REDACTED] stepped backwards into the paint hose that was coiled on the ground.
What happened
When stepping backwards [REDACTED] tripped on the paint hose cuasing him to fall to the floor while holding the panel. The combination of falling and pushing the panel away so that it did not fall on top of him he strained his lower back. His back was sore instantly. The [REDACTED] the soreness was worse and [REDACTED] sought medical attention.
