WHILE ATTEMPTING TO OPEN THE RECIRCULATION VALVE WHICH WAS STUCK I PULLED ON THE VALVE WITH ALL MY WEIGHT. THE VALVE BROKE FREE I SLIPPED AND MY LEFT ARM GOT ENTANGLED IN THE CHAIN AT THE WRIST.
