What happened
On [REDACTED] [REDACTED] a cook from the 5th floor kitchen was heading to take a break at the [REDACTED] by heading up the Emergency Stairway. After clearing the first set of stairs he turned to start the 2nd set when his right foot went up to catch the step he miscalculated and missed his footing causing him to land his right knee on the step. His knee hitting the step did not cause any apparent bruising but [REDACTED] did have a little limp in his walk.
