What happened
Employee was taught to use extractor machine to clean off stains on outside pool couches. Employee has just stated today ([REDACTED]) that her back was hurting from the incident. Employee did not report this at time of work [REDACTED]. Employee called off sick on [REDACTED]-[REDACTED] (For the reason that she was sick and her head hurt not for related incident). Employee explained later that during the time of the incident the reason for her headache and sickness was due to the project she was working on outside. Employee mentioned that over the weekend she went to get acupuncture which temporarily hurt her more. She claimed that this was done from a person at their home (At home remedy). As of this moment Employee has requested medical assistance. We are following up with HR to review how this will be issued.
