On [REDACTED] at approx [REDACTED] [REDACTED] [REDACTED] was delivering a package to a customer in the area of [REDACTED]. [REDACTED] witnessed the customer putting her dogs inside the house. Assessing the situation the [REDACTED] used his judgment to determine it was safe to make the delivery. [REDACTED] then proceeded to exit the vehicle approaching the customer. As the [REDACTED] was a approaching a mediumsized dog ran at the DA and bit his upper calf.
