Lifting a shredder from a tractor to install a pin.

Employee was going to grease the fittings on the tractor when he saw that the pin which connects the shredder to the tractor lifting arm had fallen off. He lifted the right side of the shredder to align with the arm to replace the pin. [REDACTED] when he went home he felt the pain getting worse and continued through the weekend.
