Leveling sheets at the temper mill.

The injured worker was using a vacuum lifter to move sheets on to the temper mill to level them. He moved a fan for better access and the fan did not have the front guard and was not noticed because it was pushed up to the conveyor. He backed up into the fan blade after moving it and moving material on to the conveyor.
