AS EMPLOYEE WAS HELPING THE RESIDENT BACK TO BED FROM THE RESTROOM EMPLOYEE SAYS THE RESIDENT LAID ON HER INSTEAD OF LAYING BACK ONTO THE BED. THIS CAUSED THE EMPLOYEE TO LOSE HER BALANCE AND HER AND THE RESIDENT TO TAKE A FALL TO THE FLOOR.
